For Yeast-Free Baked Pastry Recipe That Never Absorbs Oil Materials;
Water Glass Size 200 ml
1 egg
1 cup of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet of baking powder
3 cups flour
For Frying;
Liquid oil
How to Make Yeast-Free Pishi
Recipe That Never Takes Grease;
Let's add all the ingredients except flour to the yoghurt ingredients and mix.
Let's knead a soft dough by adding flour in a controlled manner.
Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Let's roll out the dough with the help of a shaped rolling pin.
Let's cut the dough with a roulette to get square words.

SWISS ROLL CAKE 😋
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
80ml sunflower oil
120g sugar
140g flour
5g baking powder
5ml vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Butter to spread the pan
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, mix the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
2. Add milk and mix until well combined. Then add the flour, yeast and mix again until all the ingredients are integrated.
3. Place the dough on a flat, floured surface. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is 1/4-inch thick. Place the dough in a large greased skillet.
4. In a medium bowl, mix together the custard and chopped fruit. Pour this mixture into the pan batter. Roll the dough to create a Swiss roll.
5. Bake the Swiss roll for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

PEPPERMINT CRISP TART with JELLY

1 pack tennis biscuits
1 packet lemon flavoured jelly powder
250ml boiling water
1 tin Ideal milk (cooled overnight)
1 tin Caramel Treat
1 large peppermint crisp

Dissolve the jelly in the boiled water and leave to cool until just before it begins to stall. Beat the Ideal milk until thick. Now combine the jelly mixture and caramel treat with it. Pack a layer of tennis biscuits in a baking dish, grate half of the peppermint crisp over the layer of biscuits and pour half the ideal milk mixture over the chocolate. Repeat the process and leave to cool down completely.

¼ koppie suurlemoensap, bietjie meer as jy van suurder hou

Pak tenniskoekies onder-in ‘n medium tertbak. Skep helfte van kondensmelk bo-op koekies, dan helfte van die vla.

Pak weer ‘n laag koekies en herhaal met kondensmelk en laaste vla. Druk koekies fyn en gooi bo-oor. Plaas in yskas tot bedien.

CREAMY SQUARES WITH BISCUITS



Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 gr sugar
70 gr corn starch
10 gr vanillin
700 ml milk
150 gr cream cheese
18 cookies digestive, like Marie or any other kind you Like
Directions:
1. Cream: mix eggs and sugar in a saucepan. Then add starch, vanillin and hot milk. Bring to the heat and let the cream thicken. Then let the cream cool and add the cheese.
2. Assemble the cake in a mold and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
3. Then divide into squares and serve.
