🔹 Position Details

- Position: All-Rounder / Assistant to Manager
- Salary: Market-related (Entry-level)
- Accommodation: Bachelor flat included (on-site)
- Working Hours: Flexible shifts (Mon–Sun rotation)
- Start: As soon as possible

🔹 About Lafenis

Lafenis is a catering and event company operating at The Ranch Chalets and Venue. We manage:

- The in-house restaurant
- Weddings & events catering
- Team-building activities & paintball events

🔹 Role Overview

This is a multi-functional position — no two days are the same!
You will assist wherever needed to ensure smooth operations across all areas.

---

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Food preparation & basic cooking
- Assisting with events & guest services
- Bartending & beverage service
- Carrying equipment (tables, crates, etc.)
- Reception assistance & guest interaction
- Admin duties:
- Ordering
- Invoicing
- Quotations
- Filing
- Phone communication

🔹 Requirements

✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Strong people skills
✔ Physically fit & healthy
✔ Clean, neat & presentable
✔ Positive, “go-getter” attitude
✔ Ability to work under pressure

🔹 Important to Note

⚠ This is an entry-level position
⚠ Must be willing to work long, flexible hours
⚠ December is peak season (no leave during festive period)
⚠ Must relocate at own cost
⚠ No dependants or pets allowed
⚠ 1 long weekend off per month (or midweek if required)
