If your little entrepreneur would like to sell their crafts, treats, toys or creations, please register by Friday, 9 October.

Today was a DAY 🥹❤️☕️

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU.

For every message, every post, every hug, every visit, every coffee bought and every person who took a moment to wish Pan a happy birthday.

I definitely had a few tears today 🥹 We felt SO incredibly loved.

And to our community… you guys. ❤️ I don’t even know where to start. You have embraced this little coffee shop from day one and made it your own. You show up, you bring your friends, your kids and your doggies, you tell people about us, you support our little events, you run, you cycle and walk with us, you celebrate with us and, most importantly, you’ve created friendships and connections around Pan that I never could have imagined.

Seeing so many familiar faces today — and realising how many of you have become friends along the way — was incredibly special.

Pan may be a tiny little shop opposite a park, but the community around it is HUGE. And that is something I will never take for granted 💚

And my TEAM ❤️ I am SO incredibly proud of you. Today was busy, crazy and full-on and you absolutely smashed it. Watching you work together, laugh, hustle and care about Pan the way you do made me one very proud owner.

Tonight my heart is very full.

One whole year of Pan ☕️🎂

Today reminded me again that it was never really just about the coffee.

It’s the people. It’s the friendships. It’s the connections. It’s our community.

Thank you for making Pan what it is ❤️
