A Little Reminder About Our Business Hours 💙
Firstly, thank you so much for your continued support of Bee's Cupcake Corner. Every order, message, share and recommendation means the world to me and my little business.
I'd just like to gently remind everyone of our business hours. I often receive messages late at night, very early in the morning, and over weekends. While you're always welcome to send a WhatsApp at any time, I kindly ask for a little patience while I respond during business hours.
Weekends are our busiest baking and decorating days, so from Friday through Sunday I'm usually focused on completing orders rather than catching up on admin. Mondays are set aside to rest, catch up on messages, and prepare for the week ahead.
Please also understand that I may not be able to answer phone calls outside of business hours or on Sundays. Sundays are reserved for church, family time, and recharging so that I can give my best to every customer during the week.
As a small business run by one person, I wear many hats. I'm baking, decorating, shopping for supplies, managing orders, replying to messages, and raising my child. While I always do my best to accommodate everyone, there are times—especially with last-minute enquiries—when it may take me a few days to reply.
Please know that your message has not been ignored. I will always get back to you as soon as I can.
Thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding. Your support allows me to continue doing what I love, and I truly appreciate each and every one of you. 💙🧁
