KFC you are a bunch of THIEVES

On 1 June 2024 you took double payment on my card.
I WhatsApped the details to a regional manager – who by the way DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE.
I sent her proof of double payment. She asked me if I want cash or paid into my account.
I requested into my account.
2 weeks later – still nothing.
