Yesterday we celebrated the beautiful wedding of Nikita & Gavin at Gracelands Farm, and once again, we were treated to one of those magical winter days that KwaZulu-Natal does so well. Golden sunshine, warm afternoons, and a crisp evening under the stars. ✨

Our couple wanted something a little different, so we created a gourmet burger bar, and it was an absolute hit! 🍔 Freshly made, packed with flavour, and the perfect way to bring everyone together.

One of our favourite little touches was packing a midnight picnic for the newlyweds to enjoy back at their honeymoon cottage once the celebrations had ended. After all the excitement, they had a quiet moment together to relive the day over some delicious food. It's the little details that make all the difference. ❤️

A huge thank you to Mandy and the incredible team at Gracelands Farm. It's always a joy working alongside you.

And to my amazing Bleu Berri team, once again, you absolutely knocked it out of the park. I'm so proud of you all. 💙

Not only do we love love... we love celebrating it at one of our heart homes, Gracelands Farm. 🤍

Luke & Mervyn's wedding was everything a perfect winter celebration should be. Durban spoiled us with one of those beautiful warm winter days, allowing guests to soak up the sunshine during the ceremony and cocktail hour before the evening settled into a crisp chill.

As the bonfire crackled to life, we served a comforting pasta bar with all the delicious trimmings. The perfect way to warm everyone up and end off an unforgettable day.

From beginning to end, it was pure magic.

Some weddings stay with you long before the day even arrives... and this was one of them. 🤍

When Philippa first reached out, I immediately hopped over to Instagram to see what she did and I was absolutely blown away.
She and her incredible team create the most beautiful beaded artworks, celebrating South African craftsmanship and supplying luxury lodges and accommodation both locally and internationally. The creativity, passion and attention to detail were inspiring.

So it came as no surprise that Philippa & Jonathan's wedding was a joyful explosion of colour, personality and thoughtful touches. From the bespoke handmade aprons for our team to the vibrant florals, beautiful décor and every carefully considered detail, it was simply spectacular.

We've been a little quiet on the socials lately... but only because we've been having an absolute blast behind the scenes! 🎉

Over the next little while we'll be catching you up on everything we've been up to, starting with one of our favourite experiences.

We are incredibly honoured to be the preferred catering supplier for the international artists touring Durban with Big Concerts. After the privilege of looking after Bryan Adams the month before, this month we had the absolute pleasure of taking care of the legendary UB40 and their wonderful crew.

One of our favourite parts? We were given free rein to create themed dinners, and for show night we went all out with a vibrant Caribbean feast! 🌴🍍🍹

A huge thank you to Big Concerts and Mushroom Productions for trusting us time and time again. We never take these opportunities for granted, and we can't wait to share more behind-the-scenes moments with you! ❤️

This time, we had the absolute privilege of catering for the legendary Bryan Adams crew, band & local support 🎸🔥 (a full-circle moment after hosting them back in 2017!)
