Patels Vegetarian

To our Phoenix community — thank you for the incredible support since opening our doors at Starwood.

The response has been overwhelming, and we’re incredibly grateful to every customer who has visited, supported us and shared Patels with family and friends.

To help us maintain the freshness, quality and flavour that goes into every meal, our Phoenix Starwood branch will temporarily trade from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

As our curries are freshly prepared each day, quantities are limited. Should we sell out before 3:00 PM, we will close the branch for the remainder of the day. We encourage you to visit us earlier where possible to avoid disappointment.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works hard to keep up with the incredible demand.

Thank you for supporting Patels. We look forward to serving you. 🤎

The legacy continues. ✨

A legacy honoured, strengthened, and carried forward.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the next generation of leadership at Patel’s Vegetarian, as the son of the late Mr. Manilall Patel is recognised by Eastern Eye Magazine as one of South Africa’s Top 50 Influential Personalities.

This recognition is not only a remarkable personal achievement, but also a tribute to the enduring legacy of Mr. Manilall Patel, whose vision, values, and unwavering dedication built the foundation of Patel’s Vegetarian.

As the stewardship of Patel’s Vegetarian passes from one generation to the next, that legacy continues to flourish—guided by the same principles of humility, service, and excellence.

“Leadership is not about replacing a legacy—it is about honouring it, strengthening it, and leaving it even better for the next generation.”

We extend our sincere gratitude to Eastern Eye Magazine for this incredible honour and for recognising leaders who continue to make a meaningful impact on our communities and our country.

Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition. Here’s to preserving a remarkable legacy while shaping an even brighter future.
