While you're visiting, we'd love it if you could bring along a donation of pet food or blankets for the animals at the SPCA Durban. Every tin, bag of pet food and blanket helps keep a homeless animal warm, comfortable and well-fed this winter.

We recently said goodbye to a very special soul. 💔

Our beloved Goliath has crossed the rainbow bridge, leaving behind paw prints on the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him. For many years, Goliath brought joy, laughter, and endless personality to all who visited us at Coffee Cats Cafè & Tea Garden at our SPCA in Springfield Park.

Whether he was lounging proudly like the king he was, greeting visitors with his gentle presence, or starring in the much-loved “Adventures of Goliath and his Chick” reels alongside his best friend Layla, Goliath had a way of making every day brighter.

Sadly, due to kidney failure and old age, the difficult decision was made to let him go peacefully, surrounded by the staff who loved him dearly.

He was more than just a cat — he was a little legend in his own right. His absence will be deeply felt by all of us, especially sweet Layla.

Run free, precious boy. Thank you for the memories, the laughter, and the love. 🌈🐾

Rest peacefully, Goliath. You were truly one of a kind. ❤️
