TO OUR VALUED GUESTS AND FRIENDS

Given the unprecedented situation regarding COVID-19, we wanted to update you on how the Prep Room is keeping our cafe clean and safe for you, our valued customers, and our staff.

Cleanliness, food safety, sanitation and hygiene have always been at a high standard in our cafe and in accordance with protocols advised to limit the spread of the disease we are implementing even more rigorous and frequent wipe down and sanitising of all contact surfaces in the cafe. Our staff's health will be monitored closely and anyone showing symptoms or feeling unwell will be kept away from the cafe and transported to a health facility for testing and treatment, if necessary.

We are also ensuring more space between tables, and have advised our staff to not make physical contact with each other or with guests. Please don't take offense; we are doing this because we love you! We highly recommend downloading and setting up Zapper on your smartphone to allow you to make a touchless payment, thereby avoiding unnecessary contact with our credit card machines. If you do need to make use of our card facilities, please insert your own card and enter your pin and confirmation details yourself.

We will continue with business as usual so do come on down and enjoy our cafe. If you yourself are feeling unwell, please ensure you seek medical attention and get better soon. We look forward to having you back one you are in full health!

We are continuing to take guidance from government and health authorities and we will communicate any updates or changes as soon as possible.
