Good: Bread and Stuff is a micro bakery based in Durban focusing on naturally fermented breads. We offer classic sourdough, ciabatta, 30% rye, baguettes and focaccia but are constantly updating our menu. Good also has sourdough and focaccia speciality bakes that change on a monthly basis and include jalapeno/cheddar and coffee/cashew sourdoughs and butternut/feta and gorgonzola/beetroot focaccias. Items can be ordered Wednesday - Sunday and collected from Skyline Coffee, Home Baked or Wisdom Cafe. Hit us up in the DMs to find out who's using our good bread for their good sarmies.

Better late than never.

Many of you know Jess as the bubbly personality serving up pastries and breads at the markets. But she has been so much more than that. Jess has been an integral cog in the GOOD Bread machine for well over a year now. Her work ethic and contributions have been invaluable and her kind heartedness has often brought peace to what can be an extremely stressful environment. But as with all good things, they must come to an end.

At the beginning of September, Jess started her new position at HUMBLE COFFEE and we wanted to wish her well. She will be missed. If you see her at the hatch be sure to give her a high-five.
