Join us this Friday at 5:30 pm for our First Friday Fundraiser.

We will be raising funds to help Okhule and Kwanele get to SA Junior Surfing Championships in Jeffreys Bay.
All funds collected will go towards their travel expenses, accommodation, food, surfing gear, and other essentials.

The two boys and their coach will be at this event and are super excited to meet you all!

There will also be a collecting box for used wetsuits, leashes, wax, surfboards, and other surfing essentials for the Trafalgar Saints Surf Team, a development surf team on KZN's South Coast.

The Surfing community in Durban has always been amazing when it comes to helping the less fortunate, and we are so grateful for that.
On Friday the 2nd of September we are hosting our first fundraising event for Kwanele and Okhule two surfers from the South Coast.

Kwanele and Okhule are part of the Trafalgar Saints Surf team, a development surf team from the South Coast. They have been selected to represent the UGU Surfriders team at this year's Sea Harvest SA Junior Championships in Jeffreys bay from the 5th to the 9th of October 2022.

Thanks to the incredible donations already received, Trafalgar Saints Surf Team have already raised enough funds to cover the boy's competition fees, team kits, food and accommodation during the competition.

Kwanele and Okhule will be traveling to Jeffrey's Bay 2 days prior to the competition in order to familiarize themselves with the cold water and waves. Therefore, we will be raising funds to cover the extra costs for the trip such as:
Accommodation fees before the competition.
Food- breakfasts and snacks.
Travel expenses - petrol and food for the road.
Clothing- weatherproof clothing.

There will be a money tin and a donation box where you are welcome to drop off any second-hand surfboards and gear, wetsuits, children's clothing and towels for the other 30 boys in the Trafalgar Saints Surf Team.

The two boys will be at this event for a meet and greet, they would be so stocked to meet you all!

All support would be greatly appreciated.
