Our smoked lamb shank was such a hit last Wednesday (we were caught off guard, in a good way) 😋 thank you! So we have decided to do it again, this Wednesday. Why Wednesday? Because it needs 18 hours to be smoked - goes in on Tuesday. And its also a good option for those who dont eat fish (Wednesday is our hake special).
