We're incredibly proud to announce that our very own Samkelo Gumbi has been crowned the 2026 Regional Stella Artois Perfect Serve Champion at the East Coast competition held in Mt Edgecombe.

Competing against bartenders from 15 of KZN’S top venues, Samkelo showcased the precision, passion and attention to detail required to deliver the renowned Stella Artois Perfect Serve experience, earning the regional title for Waxy O'Connors.

This achievement is a testament not only to Samkelo's dedication but also to the high standards our team strives for every day behind the bar.

The journey isn't over yet. In just a few weeks, Samkelo will travel to Johannesburg to compete against the very best bartenders in South Africa at the National Stella Artois Perfect Serve Finals.
