Creating delightful frozen meals since 2013, and distributing around South Africa and beyond, we certainly know a thing or two when it comes to feeding the ones you care about. There's nothing we love more than to be able to deliver all the flavour, passion and love of our remarkable ready-made meals to your door, nationwide through our online store and loyal retail stockists. You won’t find any strange machinery replacing humans or funny ingredients you can’t pronounce in our kitchen. Instead you’ll find happy people doing what we do best, making food by hand with a whole lot of heart.

❄️FREEZING IS NATURE'S PRESERVATIVE❄️
Our process of blast freezing lowers the temperature of food to less -18°C within only four hours (compared to a normal freezer which can take up to 24 hours).
This preserves food at a higher quality, locks in nutrients, increases the shelf life of meals, and the extreme cold reduces risk of contamination as bacteria cannot grow in these temperatures.
We like to call this process Freshly Frozen, as our meals have been “locked in time”, and once heated are fresher than most ready-made meals you would find sitting in a store fridge or warmed up in a deli.
Freezing is nature’s best and most natural form of preserving food, so you won’t find any weird preservatives in our meals.
