Good day all!
To the patrons of eMagaleni and Ikusasa Projects. We would like to inform that the main act, Sir Trill and his management, has informed that he has missed his flight. We have been waiting for him to send us a live location as agreed because they said they would travel by minibus.
It is up until this time and we have found it necessary to inform on these developments and not simply continue with the show but not fulfilling expectations later on.
The performance by the main act was a 35min performance and we do not believe this to be reason enough to stop the whole movement. It is for this reason that we will have a partial refund process once we have received the full list from Computicket to those who would expect the partial refund.
During the week we will communicate when we have received the ticket proceeds from Computicket that the refund process is activated. Those that bought tickets from ticket sellers. At the gate, we will sign your ticket and hand it back to you. You will then hand that ticket in during the week to receive your refund.
We hope you can understand and appreciate our efforts to maintain a trust relationship with you, our most important component as you make all of this possible. With this short notice, the situation is beyond our control and we hope you can forgive us for this unfortunate situation.
