Firstly we’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to grand cuisine patrons for our past shortcomings. It is with great sadness to announce the end of our working relationship with mtaitos lifestyle, working with sbusiso and wandile at the beginning was both exciting and fruitful which resulted in unforgettable memories created at the said establishment but as all good things this working relationship has come to an end as we don’t seem to have the same interests for the event. Having started grand cuisine 3years ago our sole objective was to provide a clean and chilled environment over a warm hearty meal for our patrons but sadly in the past months it seemed that we were moving further and further away from that. We’ve been receiving complaints over unsanitary toilets,security,alcohol prices and overall customer service and we have raised each and every concern at every meeting we’ve had but still no change happened. Our brand has always put our customers first and sadly when they started coming last we had to take a stand,decisions regarding our brand,a brand we built from the ground up had stated to be made without our go-ahead or without being communicated with us Grand African cuisine. We have thought hard and long about this and have decided to end our working relationship with mtaitos lifestyle, we would like to thank Sibusiso mtaito for the opportunity and believing in us.
Our new venue and more details will be communicated at a later stage and again we’d like to apologize for all our short comings.
