Meet the new deep-fried sourdough beef burger — beef patty, melted cheese, relish, tomato and onion marmalade, all stacked and wrapped in sourdough, then deep-fried until golden brown.

We're not saying it's a lot... We're just saying our most unbothered waiter needed a moment after seeing and tasting this for the first time. 😜

Our town shares its name with the beautiful lakeside town of Clarens in Switzerland — and what better way to honour that connection than by giving you a taste of Switzerland on their national day?
