Clanwilliam is situated 240km from Cape Town, on the N7 Highway, en route to Namibia. A mere 34km from Clanwilliam, en route to Wupperthal on the R364 and over the spectacular, tarred, Pakhuis Pass, lies Traveller's Rest. Here we have the unique Sevilla Rock Art Trail - a 5km ramble through the world of the San, the Bushmen who inhabited this area for thousands of years. The 9 sites, on the trail,

offer a stunning glimpse of the rock art the San left behind. When you have finished the trail & enjoyed the beauty of the paintings, enjoy a light meal, cold drink, tea or coffee or a delicious serving of cake at the restaurant / farm stall. The farm stall has informative books, maps, collectables, a fabulous range of Rooibos teas & products, delicious braai cuts, wors, snacks, firewood & a small range of essentials for sale. All-electric with fridges, hotplates, microwaves, kettles & toasters; kitchens are also equipped with cutlery, crockery & utensils. Bed linen & towels are provided & each cottage has a fire place inside & braai area outside.
