After many nights of deliberating and chatting to Alan and Tracey's husband James decided to start a Farm 2 Fork restaurant - a new business venture in the thick of Covid-19. James's passion for cooking started when he was just 14 years old and he started to experiment and create meals for his family. That passion has never died, but grew and motivated him to become what he is today. James has worked as an executive chef at Monte Casino for a number of years, he has worked overseas and served Obama in the Whitehouse. Jeremy - One of top chefs in America and director of ACF (America Chef Foundation), James and Jeremy's brother Eric decided to start Detroit underground cooking which is fine dining in different secret locations using the Farm 2 Fork concept of buying straight from the Farm to Fork. James is a master chef in America and has been accepted as a master chef in the UK.
