🏡 MEET MOUNTAIN SPRING COTTAGE

At Fairfield Cottages, we have a collection of beautiful country cottages, each with its own character. Today, let’s meet Mountain Spring Cottage. 🌿

This cosy cottage sleeps up to 6 guests and has two bedrooms: one with twin beds and one with a double bed. There’s also a pull-out couch in the living area, perfect for two small children or an adult. There is one bathroom with a shower.

Inside, you’ll also find a charming country kitchen, a cosy living area and a fireplace for those chilly evenings.

Step outside onto the spacious stoep, settle into the seating area and take in the spectacular mountain views. There’s also an outdoor braai area and, best of all, a beautiful rock bath with hot and cold water.

🛁 Soak beneath the open sky while enjoying the mountain views. Now that’s country living!

Because country life comes with a little bit of everything… 🌿🐕

We absolutely love being tucked into the foothills of the Skurweberg mountains here at Fairfield Cottages in Ceres.

On one side of the farm, there are mountain paths to explore, rock paintings to discover and plenty of space to wander. On the other, you'll find our orchards, dam and veld. And, of course, it is absolute heaven for any dog with a nose for adventure. 🐾

We have three beautiful stone cottages and a cabin, perfect for couples, friends or anyone who simply needs a little time out in the country.

Today, let's take a peek at Klipspringer Cottage. 🏡

A spacious stone cottage sleeping 6 guests, with two double bedrooms and one twin room. There's a large, fully equipped lounge and kitchen area, with all those little details that make staying somewhere feel easy and comfortable.

And then there is the bathroom situation… because why have just one when you can have options? 😉

There is a bathroom inside, plus an outside Victorian bath and a separate toilet tucked beneath the trees. Bath time with a little fresh country air, anyone? 🛁🌳

The large stoep is made for long coffee mornings, lazy afternoons and conversations that somehow carry on well past lunchtime. ☕️

When the evening arrives, you can light up the fireplace/braai inside or head outdoors to the boma fire pit and enjoy the stars.

Klipspringer Cottage is made for friends and family getaways, country adventures and a proper escape from the everyday.

And yes… it's a stone cottage.
But it's the kind of stone cottage that makes you want to stay a little longer. 🌿

Tucked away on the outskirts of Ceres, at the foothills of the Skurweberg Mountains, Fairfield Cottages is part of a working fruit farm.

Our cottages were created to share the natural beauty of the farm and give guests a taste of country life.

On one side, the mountains rise up with walking trails to explore. On the other, there’s the farm, with more trails, a dam and an entire farm to wander around and discover.

And then there are our cottages.

Stone-built, rustic and full of country charm, but with all the comforts and little luxuries we can offer to make your stay something special.
