We are August Deli
What started as a day dream turned into reality over a short period of time when crazy imaginations came together, paired with loads of coffee, late nights and a whole heap of blood sweat and tears thus giving the concept of august a chance at becomming a reality. We have made it our mission to source locally and sustainably, as well as know every bit of detail that goes into the food which we sell at August Deli. The vegetables are sourced from over 500 local community farmers brought together by the abalimi project. This allows us to showcase the farms and meet the farmers growing these amazing and incredible vegetables. All of our beef is locally sourced from sustainable farmers specialising in antibiotc and hormone free grass fed farming. We inspect each and every cattle that is intended to come to August from farm all the way through until it is in our butchery. All in all we have incredible coffee, amazing fresh produce as well as some incredible pickled goodness goods, so feel free to pop in, come and check out the vibe, get to know us and hopefully allow us to get to know you.
