Working hard to improve our production processes in order to become more responsive to our customers needs, and more reliable in our quality and level of service 💪

We have been working at Espresso Bakery for a few months now, and it is great to see the progress being made. In this photo, Jonathan, the day shift production manager, is pointing at productivity graphs of three sections in production at the bakery. One of the sections is going in the wrong direction and this has been made visible with the graphs and the daily management board. This then makes it clear where the attention of managers needs to be placed.
