Pinsa Club is proud to bring South Africa’s original Pinsa Romana story to the hospitality trade.

As the first to introduce authentic Pinsa Romana to South Africa, Wilderer — together with Core Catering — now brings that expertise to the industry through Pinsa Club.

Christian Wilderer became South Africa’s first Pinsaiolo Master Chef after training in Rome in the traditional art of Pinsa, giving Pinsa Club authentic knowledge rooted in true Roman tradition.

Through the partnership between Wilderer and Core Catering, restaurants, hotels, cafés and hospitality establishments can now introduce authentic Pinsa Romana to their own menus with the product, expertise and trade support behind them.
