Meet Amy🌸

I came into The Big Bay Waffle Company with years of hospitality experience, but this was a whole new world for me. I was stepping into something that had already been built, loved and shaped by a family long before I arrived.

Over time, I've found my own place in it, from the day to day behind the scenes, to dreaming up new ideas, creating our content and helping shape where we take this little waffle shop next.

I'm still learning, because there is always something new to learn when you're running a business. But I'm also bringing my own experience, ideas and perspective to something that I now feel very proud to call part of my life, and somewhere along the way, this stopped feeling like something I had joined and started feeling like something I'm truly lucky to be a part of. ✨️💜

After starting The Big Bay Waffle Company alongside his mom, Maria, he's continued to pour his heart into growing the family business while staying true to what it's always been about. Great food, great coffee, and making people feel welcome.

Whether he's behind a laptop, in the kitchen, or helping on the floor, there's no job too big or too small when it comes to this place.

His passion, dedication, and love for this little shop are a big part of what makes it so special.
