Kitchen Leeks. Meet Abiah Philips, trainee chef. Studied at CPUT, graduated in April. Prefers the dinner shift. Chef Bertus had to ask, “Did you work breakfast this morning… did you burn the eggs?” Off duty, she’s sleeping, walking or baking. Vanilla over chocolate. Always. Favourite dish on the Ongetem menu?
