Some things need no introduction, but ours deserves one anyway.

Baby gem lettuce, free-range egg, golden croutons, shaved Parmesan, avocado, tender chicken, all brought together with our own Caesar sauce. Simple ingredients, done properly, is its own kind of luxury.
