Announcement: Sustainable local trout replaces Norwegian salmon on our menus permanently during season, approximately Aug-May 💦

This is backed by our mission to push sustainability in as many areas of our business as we possibly can.

Reasons for this move:

1. Trout is locally and ethically farmed at Lourensford Farm in Somerset West.
2. Aqua culturists maintain healthy growth, development and production conditions for the trout.
3. Reduces carbon footprint as opposed to omissions released from flying salmon over from Norway.

We continue to push and learn more about the changes we can make within our business to create a positive impact on our environment 🌱
