We are growing!

We’re opening multiple new locations across Cape Town CBD and the Southern Suburbs, and we’re looking for experienced Restaurant Managers to help us take the chaos, culture and caramelised-patty magic with us.

This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk kind of role.

We’re looking for hands-on leaders who can run a tight ship, build a strong team, own the numbers and make sure every guest gets the Le Pickle experience, every single time.

You’ll probably fit right in if you:
🍔 Have experience managing a fast-casual, QSR or high-volume restaurant
đź‘Š Lead from the floor
⚡ Thrive under pressure
đź’™ Care about culture as much as consistency
đź“Š Understand stock, margins, rostering and P&L
🔥 Want to be part of building something big

We’re scaling from one iconic store to many, so there’s real opportunity to grow with us.
