It might sound humble, but it’s an undeniable guest favourite. Among all the intricacies on our menu, our bread course consistently steals the show, and one bite makes it clear why.

We’ve taken two absolute staples of Cape cuisine and given them the Fledgelings treatment: Golden Vetkoek, served piping hot with an irresistible, crispy exterior and pillowy, soft interior with a touch of salt on top, served with Snoek Paté, silky smooth and capturing the authentic flavour of the Cape.
