Marley Coffee Cape Town - Coffee From Zion

We are a mobile food and coffee company, serving strictly vegetarian dishes (unless by other request with private functions) and ethically farmed organic coffee beans which we will be roasted locally as well as stocked in retail stores. We attend various events across the Western Cape, specializing in music festivals, sporting events, markets and various Expo’s. Earthly Edibles is run by Matthew Mason and James Harris, we have a head chef in our food truck and a number of qualified barristers on our team. Earthly Edibles currently operate two mobile trailers, the “Marley Coffee” trailer which we serve Marley Coffee as well as retail our own local roast, marketing as “Coffee from Zion” and various other blended options such as smoothies and ice coffee’s. Our second mobile trailer marketing as, Earthly Edibles will serve our sustainably sourced vegetarian menu as well as our personal “Coffee from Zion” organically blended coffee. We aim to bring awareness to healthy sustainable vegetarian food by creating a tasty wholesome menu consisting of only fresh vegetarian produce as we feel that this knowledge and awareness is needed to show vegetarians and meat eaters that a vegetarian diet can be just as tasty and wholesome as any meat diet.
