As the year turns, we present a New Year’s Eve menu shaped by seasonal ingredients and considered technique. Served as a shared experience at R799 per person (excluding gratuity), the menu balances comfort and refinement through a quiet progression of flavour, from Miso Soup Bomb and Chawanmushi to Tempura Oysters, Yellowtail Sashimi, and our signature Chicken Katsu Sando.
Richer plates follow, Confit Duck Leg Dumplings, Wagyu Tsukune, and Miso Butter Eggplant, before a generous serving of Tonkotsu Ramen brings the evening together. Black Sesame Ice Cream with a brown tea biscuit closes the night on a subtle, elegant note.
