Approximately three years ago we started researching the "Best Burger", and after visiting colleges in Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, together with our own Master Butcher at our sister run Belthazar Restaurant, together with our 27 year experience in making sauces at our SABS HACCAP factory at our previous business, the ultimate Gibson's Burger was created. During those years we had literally ha

d hundreds of tasting sessions where our customers, family and friends helped us develop what we think is the Best Burger in Cape Town. At Slick Restaurant Group we are passionate about food and what we do!

At Gibson’s, our patties are made from scratch and hand-pressed by our own in-house butcher using 100% beef mince. We’re proud to be one of the few restaurants that handcrafts our beef patties in-house.
