Best friends, Denise and Stefanie, had been doing markets and food and wine festivals in and around Cape Town for many years. Denise's passion for creating new recipes and Stefanie's love for interacting with people from all walks of life, seemed to be the cornerstone for taking the business to its next level. THE PESTO BOUTIQUE evolved into THE HAPPY FIG T
REE incorporating not only the most amazing, unusual range of mouth watering pesto's but also, now includes a range of VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN MEALS, as well as a selection of gluten, sugar and dairy free breads, rusks and energy snacks, gluten free seed loaf and BANTING FRIENDLY bread too. We use the only fresh, organic ingredients sourced locally where ever possible. We currently trade at the following markets:

We supply the ORGANIC LIVING HEALTH STORE in the CONSTANTIA MALL and will be stocking other small, select delis in the not so distant future in around CAPE TOWN. We run regular specials and will include online orders at a later stage. .......watch this space!
