1st Limited Release of Dark Beer Month 🖤🍻

Introducing Black Bass - Triggerfish’s oatmeal nitro-stout, releasing today, Friday 5 June.

Full-bodied, velvety smooth, and almost thick enough to eat with a fork, this is a proper winter comfort beer. Expect rich notes of coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malt, and a touch of liquorice, balanced with just enough bitterness to keep you coming back for another sip.

Best enjoyed at around 11°C and perfect with meat dishes or dark chocolate.

WHAT IPMAY HAS BEEN GIVING 🍺

REDFANG
Our Imperial Red IPA brewed with 100% local hops and a serious 107 IBUs. Big hop character, dark malt flavours and a warming winter finish.

KLIPVIS
A bold Belgian Tripel meets American IPA collaboration with Honingklip Brewery. Expect clove notes, a prominent hop aroma and a full 100 IBUs.

WHITE WATER
Our Black IPA - dark in colour, crisp and hoppy in flavour. Citrussy aroma, a dry bitter finish and a touch of alcohol sweetness.

IPMAY has been in full swing, and today we add one more bold brew to the line-up:

MAYSTAY | RELEASING TODAY
Our experimental IPA gets a new recipe every year. This year’s release is brewed with local Southern Tropic hops, bringing floral, spicy and herbal notes with a balanced golden malt profile.

Four different IPAs, all pouring for the hopheads this IPMAY.

What is a Wee Heavy?
A strong Scottish-style ale that focuses on malt complexity over hops, delivering a smooth, full-bodied beer with deep caramel and dark fruit notes.

Flavour profile:
Toffee, caramel, raisins, and dark fruit lead the way, backed by a rich malt body. Minimal hop presence, true to style, with a noticeable warming finish from the higher ABV.
