“ ‘The Four Seasons’ wine dinner experience will showcase Harald’s finest contemporary seasonal cuisine with one-off menus that have been designed to partner a selection of fine wines from Robin’s cellar. You will enjoy a pre-dinner tutored tasting and gain insight into a beguiling line up of some legendary wines.”
The entire experience will consist of four exciting and sophisticated food and tasting encounters annually – all themed to and characterised by a seasonal flair.
The events will combine the skills of Harald Bresselschmidt, a leading, creative and innovative contemporary chef and Robin von Holdt’s expertise and wealth of knowledge gleaned from his travels and his renowned cellar of international fine wine. They will host four unique, exclusive, intimate, and one-of-a-kind experiences: the ultimate tasting evenings. Each one will bring together a combination of the freshest seasonal produce paired with specially selected wines to complement the food. The experiences will be a delight of seasonal tastes, flavours, colours and textures... enhanced by an informative and entertaining ambience. Each evening will be simply unforgettable and should not be missed.

The Four Seasons series begins with the Spring evening on Thursday 24th November:
“The unique wine excursion will take you into Volnay, the heart of Burgundy, and a tasting of the Monopole ‘Clos des 60 Ouvrees’, a tiny walled vineyard exclusive to Domain La Pousse d’Or.
The Spring menu will be accompanied by wines from across Burgundy and include:
Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey (2012), and Simonnet Febvre, Boisset from magnums, and Boillot, all from the brilliant 2010 vintage. "The evening will end with a graceful Spätlese from legendary Fritz Haag accompanying Harald's Spring dessert surprise...”
