Real Hamburgers !! (40 Minutes)

For those evenings when you arrive home tired from work this is the perfect quick meal:
• 2 Onions, 2 cloves of Garlics, ½ bunch of fresh parsley, 500g mixed ground beef, 2 eggs, Salt, freshly ground pepper, 1 tablespoon English Mustard, 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil, Bread Crumbs

1. Chop the onions and garlic. Wash the parsley and chop it finely.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and quickly fry the onions & garlic. Remove from heat and let it cool a bit.
3. Put the meat in a bowl. Add the eggs and the onion parsley mixture, and mix with your hands. Mix in the mustard, salt and ground pepper.
4. Douse your hands in cold water and make small or medium-sized balls and flatten them in a pan. If the mixture is to lose, mix in some bread crumbs.
5. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the patties. It should roughly take 5-7 minutes per side.
