| Act III of the Dine with Wine series is near.

On September 18th, Tokara Estate takes the stage at The Wes, bringing its Stellenbosch estate along for one evening only. Open with a roasted corn salad or tuna tartare with miso and apricot, poured alongside the Tokara Reserve Chardonnay. Continue into a French onion cacio e pepe or a roasted lamb loin with rosemary jus, matched to the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and the Director's Reserve Red. The curtain falls on a buttermilk panna cotta, finished with a pour of Tokara Straw Wine.
