A delicious conference spread for Tri-Star Construction ✨
Today, Ambrosia Catering had the pleasure of serving Afternoon Tea and a Finger Lunch for 45 guests attending a two-day conference.

Guests enjoyed cocktail scones topped with cream rosettes and apricot jam, accompanied by refreshments, followed by a generous finger lunch of cocktail Danish pastries, bao buns, Asian meatballs, chicken and leek pies, chicken wraps and flavourful boerie braai bites.

Last Thursday, Ambrosia Catering served 80 guests at Constantia Catholic Church for a beautiful funeral service.

On days of remembrance, food becomes more than something served on a table. It becomes a small comfort, a gentle pause, and a way for family and friends to gather, reflect, and feel cared for.

Our team prepared a delicious assortment of 12 platters, including salmon roses on seed loaf, salmon topped with pickled cucumber, fish cakes, camembert and green fig preserve on potato rostis, mini beef wellingtons with garlic aioli, and roasted butternut and feta tarts with onion marmalade.
