Celebrate your Birthday in style with catering that brings people together.

From the menu:

Upon arrival, guests can enjoy oysters shucked fresh, drizzled lightly with a dash of lemon and a whisper of Tabasco. 🦪

Elegant trays served with seared tuna in poppyseed cornets, courgette fritters crowned with smoked trout, and panko prawns with a dip too divine to describe. Crayfish tails sizzling over the perfect braai — their buttery sabayon glaze filling the air with a delicious scent.

And because no feast is complete without a touch of indulgence, we ended on sweet notes — little glasses of tiramisu, crème brûlée spoons, and berry cheesecake shots that made hearts (and spoons) happy. 🍓✨

A beautifully early start for the Ambrosia Catering team this morning. ✨

We prepared and delivered 230 individually packed lunch boxes for Peace Boat Japan Grace, ready for cruise ship guests setting off on a Cape Peninsula tour. A lovely Cape Town welcome for travellers discovering our beautiful peninsula.

Each box menu was filled with a generous little collection of favourites for the journey:

🥪 Mini beef burger with caramelised onions & cheddar cheese
🌯 Chicken wrap with spring onion mayo
🥔 Packet of Simba crisps
🍓 Fresh fruit salad
🍫 Chocolate brownie square
🧃 Fruit juice carton
