• Strozzapreti Asparagi e Salmone: hand-twisted pasta, Norwegian salmon & asparagus cream
• Risotto Asparagi e Guanciale: asparagus, asparagus tips & guanciale
• Salmone Norvegese: pan-fried Norwegian salmon served on asparagus cream
