Valley Roast Coffee Co. is looking for an experienced assistant Cafรฉ Manager to lead our team and keep our fast-paced cafรฉ running smoothly.

Requirements:
โ€ข Minimum 2 years management experience in a cafรฉ or restaurant
โ€ข Credible references (this is a must)
โ€ข Proven ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
โ€ข Strong people skills โ€“ leadership, communication, and team motivation
โ€ข Reliable, organised, and hands-on

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Daily cafรฉ operations & staff management
โ€ข Maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction
โ€ข Stock control, basic admin & opening/closing procedures
โ€ข Leading by example on the floor
