Grilled chicken & baked potatoes

Pasta snack/ fried pasta, boiled eggs and roasted peppers and cucumber. Here is the recipe for the pasta

Instructions:
In pot, pour-in water and bring to a boil.
Add-in the cooking oil, salt, and pasta. Cook for 7 to 10
minutes or until soft.

Transfer the pasta into the sieve until the water has drained out and cool.

Now transfer the pasta into a large bowl and mix with an egg and set aside

In bowl, add flour and mix with the spices of your choice. You can add chillis if you like..Mix until well-incorporated.

Coat the pasta in the flour mixture.
Dip fry until golden brown.
