Congratulations to our head chef Jason Jonker who has been shortlisted to the Regional Finals of the S.PellegrinoYoungChefAcademy Academy Competition - one of the world’s most prestigious platforms for young culinary talent.

His dish, MISUNDERSTOOD, is a whole-fish celebration of Cape yellowtail - nose to tail, no waste, full of heart. A fish often written off as a simple braai catch, reimagined as something extraordinary.

So proud of you, Jason. Wishing you all the best at Regionals!
