As Luke Dale Roberts prepares to open a landmark restaurant at Tswalu Kalahari Reserve in 2026, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join this new venture.

This role calls for a proven leader with a strong track record working in outstanding, high-level establishments. Someone who understands what it takes to run a world-class dining room, lead a team with confidence, and deliver a memorable guest experience every time.

Set within South Africa’s largest private wildlife reserve, this is a chance to be part of a project that will stand among the world’s leading destination restaurants.
