🍕 Because the foundation of a great pizza starts long before you've placed your order. When your pizza arrives at the table, you see the finished product. The toppings. The melted cheese. The wood-fired crust. That first bite. But there's a part of the process that most people never see.

Our pizza bases are made from scratch, by hand, and it takes time, patience and skill. The texture of the dough, the way it's worked, stretched and prepared, it all plays a huge part in the pizza that eventually comes out of our oven and onto your table.
There are so many people working behind the scenes who rarely get recognised.
The kitchen team.
The prep team.
The people working with their hands.
The people doing the jobs that customers don't always see.
We want to give some recognition to our amazing team that plays a very important part in our pizza story.
