ingredients : 📝

1 A Wiseman’s Chocolate Cake 🍰
⅔ cup Runny Chocolate Sauce 🍫
1 cup Chocolate Gravel, for topping the cake just before serving 🍫🪨
Salty Goat’s-Milk Chocolate Frozen Custard 🍦
About 1 cup Whipped Cream (made just before serving) 🍦🥛

instructions : 📝😋🥄

🍰🔪 Cut the cake in half horizontally.
🍰 Fit the first layer of the cake into the bottom of the silicone pan (cut side facing up) and spread on ⅓ cup of sauce, if using. 🍮🍫🍓
🍦 Spread a softened pint of ice cream, yogurt, frozen custard, or sorbet evenly over the sauce. 🏔️🍨
🍰 Add the second half of the cake (cut side facing down) and, if desired, another ⅓ cup of sauce. 🏔️
🍦 Spread another pint of softened ice cream over the sauce. 🏔️
🍰 Put the cake in the freezer for at least 6 hours to harden. ❄️
