The walls of Die Stalle tell a story of their own.

Look a little closer and you will find pieces of the past throughout the restaurant. Old tools, bottles, lanterns and objects that once formed part of everyday life on the farm have been kept and displayed, allowing the history of this place to remain part of its present.

These are not simply decorations. Each piece carries a memory of the land, the people who worked it and the years that shaped Die Stalle into what it is today.

For the Smith family, preserving these pieces means keeping a part of the story alive for the generations still to come.
