John Dory’s is in the process of eliminating all single use plastic from our restaurants, to help our environment on the road to recovery. JD’s is committed to sustainable business practice through our Eco Voyage sustainability programme. In collaboration with Spur Corporation, We are making a concerted effort to ensure our Environmental Sustainability Policy is a living reality in their restaurants.We are focusing on the bottom line 'People and Planet' as the central message of our policy, with specific attention to Energy Reduction and Saving.Our partnership with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) & South African Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI) is central to our commitment to managing our precious ocean resources.
