So if you are like me you always bringing home extra wraps ( so you don’t run out) when having a dinner party and then have lots leftover, you can make chips/crisps with them. I make two kinds, one with sumac, sesame seeds and olive oil, and the other with ghee, brown sugar and cinnamon. It's easy peasy.
Cut 1 packet tanour into small squares and coat them with olive oil and add 3 Tblsp sumac and 3 Tblsp sesame seeds and salt to taste. Bake in a moderate oven till crispy. For the sweet version coat 1 packet cut tanour with ghee then add 4 Tblsp brown sugar and 1Tblsp fine cinnamon. Bake in a moderate oven till crispy.

Homemade dukka now in stock. After making this batch I tried it on oats for breakfast and with sauteed banana and dates on an english muffin. Also good on tanoor with olive oil.
