We created The Modern Home specifically for domestic workers …the people who play such an important role in making our homes run, often with little opportunity to invest in themselves or develop new skills.

We wanted to create a space where they can learn, practise, ask questions, make mistakes, build confidence and leave feeling proud of what they can do.

Because learning how to cook isn’t simply about following a recipe…

It’s about understanding food. Knowing what to do with what you have. Building the confidence to prepare meals from scratch. And having practical skills that can be taken home and used every day.

For us, The Modern Home is about investing in people.

And we’re so excited to open the doors of the Lemoni kitchen to our very first group.
