We only have a total of 2,5 bad weather days a year here in Ballito 😆 Okaaaay, maybe like 4,6! Either way, chances are you'll get to soak up some rays, watch the wildlife running around, and take deep breaths of fresh farm air when you visit us. We do not encourage rushing your meal, nor staring at your phones, and kicking off your shoes is perfectly acceptable.
The best part, is that we're only a five-minute drive from town at Sugar Rush Park

Come with us as we walk you through the Stella Artois Perfect Pour.
Yes, there’s a process!
Every Stella we serve goes through five necessary steps. (So don’t rush our barmen guys 😜)
First we prepare the glass (rinsed with chilled water), then we sacrifice (open the tap for the first flow), then pour (always at 45 degrees), skim the top off, and finally, serve with a crown of foam.

It's not just a cup of coffee. It's time to take a moment.
There are a MILLION places to grab a coffee in Ballito (way more than there were five years ago 😳), but what sets a good coffee moment apart involves a LOT of thought.
Time for school...
☕ we consider the choice of bean, (the origin determines the roast)
🤔 how fine or coarse your grind setting is,
👉 the barista's training,
💧 the water quality,
🐮 the choice of milk or milk alternative,
🍪 and of course, the biscuit (ours' is 100 percent homemade buttery shortbread - delish!)

Our choice of coffee roasters (also our neighbour here at Sugar Rush Park, is Brustar Coffee, and we go waaaaaaay back! If you're an aficionado, you can pop in and do a tasting with them too - it will change the way you drink your coffee.
